Summer Cross Training
No one wants to be stuck in a gym during the summer! We're hosting a summer cross training program to work on cardiovascular conditioning and large muscle groups that climbers often ignore. Our work outs will include hiking, running or cycling (your choice!) and a 20 minute HIIT work out. This is also a great opportunity to meet other womxn from different gyms and find more shared interests!
These gatherings are free for everyone!
Are you just starting to run or cycle? No problem! You can go as long as or as short as you want at any pace. We will have a group conversation after the HIIT workouts about what people are interested in completing before starting. If you need to leave early, that is fine too! Just let your leader know so no one ends up looking for you.
